The Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation (DMCLF) is celebrating its rich past and looking forward to a bright future. The DMCLF works to promote the development of civic leadership by the business community and fosters opportunities for increased cooperation among the private, public and non-profit sectors. In doing this, we provide content, context, and network. Although we are a 501(c)3 independent non-profit organization, we represent a subset of the Chamber’s mission of economic vitality and quality of life. To ensure that quality of life, we must hold the community in trust for the future. Community can mean different things to different people—but our goal is to provide leaders with the content, context and network to enhance our community trusteeship as an enduring part of what they bring as leaders in our region.
We are proud that the leaders in our DMCLF Leadership Alumni Network represent the epitome of this community stewardship, and it is reflected everyday in the way they engage in their professional and civic lives. We have great power in our alumni network and this year, are excited to be celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Leadership Denver.
Board member and committee chair, Leanna Clark (LD ’00) is working with Oral History Project Chair, G.G. Johnston (LD ’06) and numerous committee members to launch this series of activities.
We have great times ahead of us with many opportunities to reflect on our remarkable past but also look towards our bright future. We hope you will join us for this exciting journey.
